CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Please note, that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. Cancelations are only possible if requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Sp5der is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibility for claims or correspondence with the shipping carrier.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please get in touch with us immediately if your item is defective/damaged. We will require visual evidence of the garment to review the damage and find a solution. Defects are at the discretion of Stussy.
